Unlike jams and typical conserves, Spoon Sweets are prepared taking care to preserve the fruit whole. Cherries in our spoon sweet have a firm texture and are coated in a thick syrup full of aromas.

Traditionally handmade, Goumenisses Spoon Sweets are produced in Greece in small batches only with fresh seasonal fruit & sugar by a small family business owned by women.
