Odysea Early Harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced with hand-picked Megaritiki olives from groves located in the area of Corinth in Peloponnese.
Oil is harvested at the beginning of the season while olives are still young & green to produce a complex medium to robust oil with notes of green herbs and salad leaves.
A burst of mixed salad leaves and sorrel in the mouth with aromas of green bananas and apples. Quite complex with a distinctive but gentle bitterness.
High in monounsaturated fat.
